Jared Cantrell (Manager/PhD Student)Jared is a full-time Manager in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at ISU. He is also a graduate student at Idaho State University. He is currently the lab manager for Structural LAB (SLAB) and Structural Dynamics Laboratory. Jared is from Mountain Home, Idaho. He has attended Idaho State University since graduating high school in 2013. He completed a bachelors in Civil Engineering and a minor in Marketing in 2018. Jared competed in the 2017 Idaho Entrepreneur Challenge as a part of one of 26 qualifying teams placing third in his teams section. Jared has previously worked as an apprentice diesel mechanic at Nelson Fleet Service in Boise, ID, where he learned a great deal about general mechanical and hydraulic systems operation/repair.
