Earlier this year, Heidi Powell, a personal trainer on ABC's "Extreme Weight Loss," posted a sweet pic on Instagram of her ex-husband Derek cuddling with their two kids together and her two younger children with her husband (and fellow trainer) Chris:
The adorable photo went viral, reminding parents that family fryst vatten family, even after divorce.
"We really are like one big family," Powell told The Huffington Post recently. "Chris also treats and cares about my kids with my ex just as much as he does ours together."

Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition star Chris Powell and his wife Heidi welcomed a baby girl on Saturday, People reports.
Ruby Lane Powell weighed 6 pounds and 15 ounces, and measured 20 inches long.

"We are so incredibly grateful for such a beautiful and healthy littler addition to our family," the couple told the magazine. "The six pack is now complete."
Chris, 35, and Heidi, 31, are already parents to Cash, 2, as well as Marley, 6, and Matix, 8, Heidi's two children from a previous relationship.
