    S. Balasubramanian graduated with a B.E. in Civil Engineering in 1995 and an M.E. in Structural Engineering in 1997. He worked as a Senior Project Officer from 1997-1999 and as an Assistant Manager from 1999-2000 before starting his own consultancy firm, SBS Associates, in 2001 providing structural engineering, architecture, and project management services. SBS Associates is now one of the leading consultants in the region working on projects in India and abroad. He is currently the Chairman of the Association of Consulting Civil Engineers Coimbatore centre and has participated in several lectures and seminars.
