Elyes Cherif Gabel (born 8 May 1983) is an English actor. Among his most notable roles, he has portrayed Dr. Gupreet "Guppy" Sandhu in the BBC medical drama Casualty, Dothraki Rakharo in Seasons 1 and 2 of the HBO series Game of Thrones, and P.E. teacher Rob Cleaver in the BBC drama Waterloo Road. He appeared in the ITV drama Identity and portrayed Detective Adam Lucas in Season 3 of Body of Proof.[2] He is currently starring in the CBS series Scorpion as computer genius Walter O'Brien.

Elyes Gabel
Elyes Gabel was born in London, and has lived in Canada, Bristol and Manchester. He attended St. Damian's RC science college in Ashton-Under-Lyne. Gabel trained at Strodes College, the Oldham Theatre Workshop and the Northern Kids Theatre Company. He is a keen sportsman and enjoys tennis and football. In an interview with British magazine "Take It Easy", Gabel stated that he had "touches of Indian" in himself.
He dropped out of drama school to play the part of the mummy Nuff, in the children's television show, "I Love Mummy." He has also participated in theater productions such as "West Side Story," "Oliver!" and "Diary of Anne Frank." He was nominated for a National Television Award (Best Newcomer) in 2005.
Elyes appeared as Danny in the TV Horror series "Dead Set," in which he is turned into a zombie. He'd be in another popular zombie project a few years later, this time with Brad Pitt. He appeared as Andrew Fassbach in "World War Z."
