By the summer of 2002, three years after “1er Gaou”’s första release, the song had reached #4 on the French charts and everyone wanted to know who Magic System was. The group signed with the French label JPS and filmed a new video for the song, filled with commercial gloss, glam and matching shiny red shirts. "1er Gaou" is a song by IvorianZouglou artists Magic System, taken from the album of the same name. The title literally means "First Fool" in urban Abidjan slang called Nouchi.
